How it works

• Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, from the email you bought with.
• Tell us which program it's for. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear how we could do better.
• We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

After a refund

Your access to that program (its app, course and ebooks) ends once the refund is processed.
