This page explains what we collect when you use Mark Talks Health, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and to send purchase receipts.
- Your purchases, so we know which programs to unlock for you.
- What you enter in your app (for example your intake answers, symptoms, test results, start date and daily tracking) and your course progress and quiz results, so your plan and progress are there on every device.
- Email list sign-ups, if you join our list.
How we use it
Only to run the programs for you: signing you in, unlocking what you bought, saving your plan and progress, answering your questions and, if you joined the list, telling you about new programs. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your health information for advertising.
Who processes it
Your account and app data are stored with Supabase, our database provider. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly. Videos may be served by a video host such as YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia.
On your device
We keep your sign-in on your device so you stay signed in (you can turn this off with "Remember me"). The app also keeps a copy of your plan on your device so it works quickly.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us. You can leave the email list at any time.
